My husband I cannot say enough good things about Janice. We put our home up for sale while out of the country. Janice went above and beyond to do her job. Staged our home, pre-qualified buyers, and stayed in close contact to keep us involved as project progressed. Being out of town and not knowing the necessary steps Janice's communication skills left us very comfortable with NO stress. She stated she would do what is necessary based on the winter weather. Even having a staff member come to shovel the driveway when there was a showing and our contracted plowing person was not there yet. All is well here, thank you for your inquiry. Times have been quite hectic lately, with driving to Brookfield on Thursday, and yesterday, dealing with the money transfer. All went as scheduled, but nevertheless very tiring for us both. So grateful that the selling process is complete. Your helpfulness during this entire time, made everything much easier for us, considering all that we needlessly had to deal with. Without your professional and very personal involvement, this entire experience would have been so much harder to handle.
