Janice Baumann, managing partner of Brookfield Realty, has been a successful real estate broker for 20+ years focusing on Brookfield Wisconsin and all of Waukesha County. She and her husband Brian have lived in Waukesha County their entire married life. They have 2 children and twin grandsons. Both of her children live out of state so Janice (friends call her Jan) has plenty of time to focus on her career which she loves.
